Who is Tracy Robinson?

“As a director at Motiv8-lancs, I am very passionate about the work that we deliver and I love the clients that attend Motiv8-lancs as all our clients have their individual personalities and characters which we really love.

I have over twenty-five years of experience working with a wide range of local community organisations, local businesses, health professionals and various people who live and work in the local community.

I am a fully qualified Adult Educational Tutor who taught classes at King George V in Southport, Carr Head Adult Education College in Poulton and delivered up to ten sessions per week for Lancashire Adult Learning for eight years teaching a wide range of topics to many diverse groups.

I am very passionate about working with our clients and we aim to inspire them with a life-long love of learning. It took me many years to find my vocation in life but what I do know is that I receive great job satisfaction delivering sessions to the people that I really love working with.

I have delivered many sessions over the years and working with many people living with Dementia, Visually impaired/blind people, with Families, summer holiday clubs for children, people who are hard of hearing, people with Learning disabilities, people with Mental Health Needs and many more to name.

Our staff

Our staff are able to support our clients in each session and their role is to support, listen, encourage and advise all our participants to ensure they meet their own individual learning goals and aspirations whilst treating them with respect.

We have worked and delivered many projects with support from various organisations such as Greggs bakery, Millie’s Cookies, Starbucks and Caffe Nero, whereby we distributed the end of day food that was donated to us for the homeless people living in Preston and we did this for two and a half years which we really enjoyed and know that it made a huge difference to many peoples life’s.

We have delivered a woodwork project at Preston Probation, and an allotment project at an Approved premise in Accrington and taught various art/craft sessions at The Harbour in Blackpool, a healthy eating and dance project at Calderstones in Whalley and many more to name that was funded by various funders.

We deliver bespoke workshops privately for large companies who would like to offer their guests additional art/craft activities throughout their stay and we have delivered many workshops at various Warner Hotels, venues such as Gunton Hall, Thoresby Hall, Norton Grange Coastal resort, Bodelwyddan Castle in Wales, Butlins in Skegness and Alvaston Hall.

We were also recognised frequently in the YOURS magazine frequently as we delivered these sessions on behalf of a company from London which was very busy indeed and we really enjoyed these sessions and received excellent feedback from these.

If you would like more details about Motiv8-lancs delivering these therapeutic art/crafty sessions at a venue of your choice please contact us for further details.
